Terms of Service

The service

Mas Operations provides Aniiko, a Digital Employee that works inside the business information your company puts into the platform. Access is granted by invitation while we onboard businesses individually.

Your account and your team

Accounts are created through an invitation to a specific company workspace. You are responsible for who you invite and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Owners and admins can change company settings and integrations.

Capabilities and what they include

The base Digital Employee includes conversation, your daily view, communications from your connected mailbox, and appointment support where a calendar is connected.

Projects is a paid capability at $297 per month per company. It adds project context, document and photo intelligence, evidence comparison, follow-ups and reply intelligence.

Capabilities described as coming soon are in development, cannot be purchased, and are not part of what you are buying today.

Approval before action

Aniiko prepares outbound communications for your review. Nothing is sent to a third party until an authorized person in your company approves it. You remain responsible for the content you approve.

Billing

Paid capabilities are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the capability stays active until the end of the paid period and then switches off.

Cancelling turns a capability off. It does not delete your information — your projects, documents and history remain in your workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages, to upload material you have no right to use, or to attempt to access another company's workspace.

AI output

Aniiko grounds answers in your own information and shows what she based them on, but automated reasoning can be wrong. Verify anything you would rely on for a contractual, financial or safety decision.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and may update or improve it over time. We will not remove a capability you are paying for without notice.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We may suspend access for non-payment or for breach of these terms.
